We can supply manual overrides for this situation. This enables you to wind the door up easily by hand.

What maintenance is required ?
Virtually none. The channel is the only thing which needs any attention. Keep it clean and dust free using a stiff brush to remove debris.

How many remote controls do we get and how far will they work from ?
Two remotes come as standard with your new door. These remotes have a range of up to 150m

What are the doors made of ?
All three styles are constructed with an aluminium skin and a CFC free foam insulation

Do you take away the old door ?
Yes, If you would like us to dispose of your old door that's fine!

Do your doors come with a guarantee ?
All of our doors come with a full five year guarantee. This covers all parts and labour.

How do you connect the power supply ?
All we require is a normal three pin plug socket

How long does it take to fit a new door ?
A usual fit takes around two hours.
